Executive Standard: American Heart Association (AHA) 2020 Guidelines for International Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)&Cardiovascular First Aid (ECC)
Function Features: (The simulator uses a dedicated USB data cable to connect, and can use an office computer or laptop without affecting other office work)
Features:
■ This model is an adult male, with obvious anatomical marks, real hand feeling, uniform skin color, realistic shape, beautiful appearance and easy operation and positioning.
■ The head can swing left and right and rotate 180 degrees horizontally.
■ Vital characteristics simulation: changes in pupil dilation and carotid pulsation.
■ It is made of thermoplastic elastomer mixed rubber material, which is durable.
■ Cardiopulmonary resuscitation: supine position, head can be tilted back, which is convenient for removing foreign bodies in the respiratory tract
• External chest compression is available.
• The airway can be opened.
• You can perform mouth to mouth artificial respiration or use a simple respirator to assist in respiration. The chest undulation can be seen by effective artificial respiration.
Software Features:
■ Operation mode: CPR training operation, CPR assessment operation (one key assessment mode, actual competition mode).
• Training operation: pressing and blowing can be carried out, and voice prompts will be given when the pressing depth and tidal volume of each operation are not within the standard range.
• One button assessment mode: You can start the assessment after entering the student information, with voice prompts. (Set according to 2020 standard)
Default parameters:
Time: 150 seconds; Frequency: 100 times/minute; Press and blow ratio: 30:2; Number of cycles: 5;
Assessment of pressing depth: less than 5cm is insufficient, 5-6cm is correct, and more than 6cm is excessive.
Assessment of air blowing volume: less than 500ml is insufficient, 500ml-1000ml is correct, and more than 1000ml is excessive.
• Actual competition mode: parameters can be set freely.
The setting items include: operation time, operation frequency, the proportional number of pressing and blowing, the number of cycles, and the correct rate of qualification.
Before operation, the teacher shall record the trainees’ behaviors: consciousness judgment, first aid call, pulse check, breath check, and removal of foreign matters
• Full process voice prompt and text prompt.
• Real time operation frequency and average operation frequency are displayed during full press.
• Whole process simulated ECG display: with the pressing operation, the ECG will change, and it will be displayed as a normal ECG after successful rescue.
• Full range electronic monitoring: press position, press depth and air blowing volume.
• Student management: operation process playback, transcript saving and printing.
■ It can be used for the popularization, training and assessment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of the general population and professional medical staff.
